We are looking to recruit a Business Development/Recruitment Consultant to join our highly successful and committed team in The City of London. Our team provides professional services to candidates and clients alike and we pride ourselves in keeping true to our core specialisms and values.

 

The Role

 

With our existing clients you will be working with key decision makers, making appointments, offering the company’s recruitment services and closing deals with them. You will be also expected to build and develop new relationships with clients.  It is therefore crucial that your presentation and communication skills are of the highest standard and that you have the right sales technique in generating new business.  The work involves both client-facing activities as well as telecommunications ensuring that you understand the client’s needs and to solve their problems.

 

With full time access to a dedicated resourcing team to help you source the best candidates.  You will have more time to focus on developing new business and account managing your existing client base. 

 

What we are looking for

 

The right candidate for this vacancy, will have had experience in the IT recruitment sector through business development, with a strong track record of generating new business leads and delivering recruitment solutions.

 

You will be highly motivated and determined in forging closer relationships with our existing clients and creating new ones.

 

Due to the role being heavily revolved around bringing in new business, it is essential the professional also has strong communication skills and can build relationships.  The right person will have leadership qualities within the business.

 

 

 

You will be a professional who is highly motivated and is determined in becoming the top biller for our company.

· A competitive base salary between £25 to 30k depending on experience

· A personal commission plan going up to 35%
